Shanleys Huon Valley is delighted to offer you the artistry and flavours of Gourmet Sushi Chef Masaaki Koyama. A tasting platter for two people is prepared by Masaaki using fresh, local produce and presented at your dining table. From $80 per couple. Available Friday and Saturday only (seven days’ notice required).

As Shanleys is fully self-contained, they recommend that you stop off in Huonville or Geeveston on the way for additional provisions. Pets cannot be accommodated. Prices are subject to change.
