The 1.3 acre property nestled against Black Ash Nature Reserve features a picturesque 1868 Wesleyan church, which now provides a charming and secluded cottage for 1 couple, set in its own garden. The main house is an elegant, contemporary 3 storey residence offering boutique bed and breakfast style accommodation for another 3 couples. All rooms overlook rainforest and informal gardens, and provide a tranquil luxurious retreat while you relax, de-stress and enjoy the many attractions that the local area has to offer.

Bellawongarah at Berry has 4 accommodation options to choose from. All are fully appointed with television, CD player, mini refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, feather doonas, bathrobes and hairdryers.
THE CHURCH COTTAGE
Beautifully furnished in a romantic French provincial style, the cottage features a queen size bed, polished timber floors, and an ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails and quality fittings. A separate lounge and kitchenette provide a self-contained retreat for those desiring privacy in a romantic setting. The enclosed rear courtyard garden offers a delightful place to relax, enjoy a glass of local wine or a leisurely breakfast.
THE EMPIRE ROOM
Strikingly decorated with black and gold Empire style furnishings, The Empire Room features an antique Chinese screen, queen size bed and a leafy outlook from the first floor windows. Adjacent is a large bathroom with European shower fittings, heated towel rails and rainforest outlook. A second guest toilet is next to the bathroom.
THE PEONY ROOM
Also on the first floor, the Peony Room features a softer palette inspired by Chinese peony drawings framed on its walls. A mix of antique and contemporary furniture completes this elegant room with views of the garden and rainforest. This room shares the same separate bathroom and separate toilet as the Empire room.
THE LOFT SUITE
This top floor, private area features an eclectic mix of furnishings in both its lounge and bedroom areas, which overlook the Zen-like rock meadow on one side of the house, and the rainforest canopy on the other. A black leather chesterfield lounge, antique Chinese tables and stools, animal print motifs in neutral tones of caramel and black complete the lounge. A queen size bed ensemble is dressed in rich caramel and gold. The special feature of the loft suite is its double spa bathroom, with a window wall overlooking the rainforest, allowing you to soak away your tensions while looking out at a green wall of rainforest in total privacy.

The main house at Bellawongarah at Berry features a large inviting guest lounge, furnished with leather lounges, oriental and traditional antiques. The large slow combustion log fire is ideal for those winter evenings (and that after dinner glass of port). French doors open onto the garden lined verandah for use during those warmer summer evenings.
You may browse amongst the books and magazines in the library area, listen to music, partake in backgammon, chess and other board games, or plan excursions to the many and varied local attractions nearby. The adjacent dining area overlooking the rainforest and rear tree fern garden terrace is where they serve their sumptuous country breakfasts, or they can serve you at one of the many locations throughout the garden or on the verandah. A game of boules on the manicured lawn is an ideal way to relax and experience the ambience of the natural surroundings.
