A variety of bush walks are available. A casual stroll around the interesting crater basin is a must. The geographical significance of this relatively young volcano is the subject of interest from geologists and volcanologists from around the world. Walk to the lookout and enjoy spectacular views across the townships of Yungaburra, Kairi, Tolga, Malanda and Atherton. Enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Tinaroo Dam waters and Tableland agriculture lands stretching to the Bellanden Ker Ranges and Queensland's highest mountain Mt Bartle Frere.

TREEHOUSES
Midweek (Mon - Thu): AU $275 per couple per night, based on a stay of 2 nights. AU $245 per couple per night for a stay of 3 or 4 nights.
Weekends (Fri - Sun & Public Holidays): AU $298 per couple per night, based on a stay of 2 nights.
1 night stay: AU $350 per couple - subject to availability, as a minimum 2 night stay is preferred.
Weekly: AU $1715 per couple.
CANOPY CABINS
AU $270 to $350 per couple per night. A minimum 2 night stay applies.
Your stay at Mt Quincan Crater Retreat includes a complimentary basket of homemade muffins! Cabin accommodation also includes provisions for a full Tableland country breakfast each morning. Enjoy on your verandah with nature's wildlife. Watch for the rare tree climbing kangaroos.

Each fully self-contained timber pole treehouse at Mt Quincan Crater Retreat contains a king size bed, comfy sofa lounge, double spa and wood fire. There are also little extras like enclosed TV, VCR, complete sound system, reading material, double showers, fluffy bathrobes and a fully equipped kitchen where you will find the pantry stocked with all sorts of little surprises.
Each treehouse is fully secluded and has its own laundry facilities - washing machine, dryer, tub and complimentary washing powder.
The double spa overlooks panoramic views of the tablelands whilst others have unique views of the Mt Quincan Crater. The recently constructed Canopy Cabins feature (in addition to the double spa and double shower) a secluded outside deck and shower in the privacy of the treetops.
Other features included pure drinking water on tap, all linen and towels, doonas and blankets, dining and cooking utensils, glassware, placemats, tablecloth, napkins, tea towels, dishwashing detergent (and a dishwasher), coffee plunger and locally grown coffee, a selection of teas, jams and cereals, salt, pepper and sugar, oil and vinegar.
