DESCRIPTION:
Rockridge was built as a gentleman's residence in the 1940's. The original features, including beautifully crafted joinery, stone fireplace and open plan lounge/dining/sunroom, are complimented by modern lifestyle necessities such as a fully equipped marble kitchen, swimming pool, hot spa and inbuilt gas BBQ.
Rockridge has the quintessential beach house feel, with its light filled rooms and fresh white painted interiors that highlight the quirky collectables and original cabinetry. The feel of the property is relaxing, comfortable and reminiscant of the time when the house was first enjoyed in the 'good ol days'. Today's little luxuries just complete the picture.
Rockridge enjoys a sunny vantage with its north-east-westerly aspect. The sun seems to wrap around the house and the magnificent view from morning to dusk - especially perfect for those lazy drinks on the deck in the late afternoon.
Rockridge has easy walking access to the beach, as the ocean pool steps that lead directly to the popular southern end of the beach are just across the road. The elevation of the beach house commands unobstructed and expansive views of the ocean, the lighthouse, Pittwater and beyond.
The garden is featured with sandstone and timber decking, which is surrounded by an acre of Australian bush and tropical palms. As there are no immediate neighbours at Rockridge, you feel you are on holidays a million miles away - not just an hours drive from Sydney's CBD!

AU $900 per night for stays of 2-4 nights. AU $800 per night for stays of 5 nights or more.
Plus add AU $50 compulsory linen charge for each bedroom used.
